Open the Settings app and scroll to find the Screen Time feature

Tap the App Limits to set time limits for X (formerly Twitter). You can also set limits for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media app to stay focused.

This feature will open all apps installed on your iPhone. You can select any app to set daily limits.

Tap the Search field where the arrow shows and type X.

Tap the icon on the left of the X app name to select it.

To apply changes, tap the blue button labeled Next.

To block X (formerly Twitter), change time from 1 hour to 0 hours and 0 minutes. If you want, you can adjust time for different days in the Customize Days settings.

When Time Limits are active, the X icon will be blocked and you will see the time icon next to the app name.
